Beyond Botany :an installation
I having worked in and with nature exploring and discovering its potentiallanguage , I found these images of my dog a friend and a peice of wood , spoke of natures variety and told of the story of the unimagined .
these three images were shown with the photograph of me holding a lamp in the darkness which I entitled "NATURE OF THE ARTIST " which was a conscious alternative to a portrait of the artist emphasizing the internal as opposed to an external existence . The piece was about the artists work and value in seeing ,revealing and allowing others to see
